WHEN TO VISIT
Crossing various time zones, there is always good weather somewhere in the United States. Summer is the most popular time to visit, but winter offers plenty for the more active looking for snow. Los Angeles weather ranges from 14-25ºC degrees year round with New York averaging from 5-30ºC degrees.

NATIONAL PARKS The USA has over 55 national parks offering an abundance of wildlife and spectacular scenery. Yosemite has a pristine alpine environment, Yellowstone is known for its flurry of wildlife but the Grand Canyon is still the most famous.

ICONIC DRIVES There’s no better way to experience the soul-stirring landscapes, quaint towns, desert skies and seaside villages, than whilst driving at your own pace. From the Pacific Coast Highway to the iconic Route 66, there is a drive for everyone.

If you are looking for adventure and unspoiled wilderness, Alaska is the place for you. With its relaxed lifestyle, astounding glaciers, quaint fishing villages, pristine wilderness and plentiful wildlife, Alaska has it all.

Alaska offer’s many opportunities for the traveller and is an easy and friendly country to visit. Take a big ship, small ship cruise or day trips to visit the many variations of glaciers available, take a rail adventure to Denali National Park to view the wildlife, take a self drive tour through its wilderness and city regions or an escorted coach tour and let someone else do the driving for you. Take a luxury big ship or small ship cruise through the Inside Passage visiting Alaska’s many operating fishing villages keeping an eye out for whales, otters, bald eagles and grizzly bears along the way.

Take a rail tour to Denali National Park and stay at a cedar lodge on the banks of the many winding rivers running through the area. Experience a white water rafting trip which is available for all levels or take a flightseeing tour to Mt McKinley the USA’s largest mountain. You can even take a day tour deep into the park to search for grizzly bears, moose, caribou, wolves and dall mountain sheep or simply take a walk through the many walking tracks throughout the park.
